本品為玻璃棉juan氈施加酚醛樹(shù)脂粘合劑，加壓加溫固化成型的板狀材料，表面可粘貼PVC膜面料，也可粘貼鋁箔。產(chǎn)品具有容量輕、吸聲系數(shù)大、阻燃等特點(diǎn)，有記號(hào)的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性。

用途：主要用于石油、化工、電力、工業(yè)供熱、民用供熱等保溫、保冷。

Iring by applying pressure and heating after applying thermosetting cement are suitable for use in heat preservation and sound insulation in air ducts of different size of air conditioners and other equipment. Veneering like aluminum foil can be applied to the surface. The boards preserve heat efficiently, absorb vibration and sound. They are light in weight, resistant to fire.

耐高溫玻璃棉是經(jīng)過(guò)特種原料及特殊加工制成的板材或卷氈產(chǎn)品，廣泛用于電廠、化工、制藥、等行業(yè)鍋爐、反應(yīng)釜、罐體、管道等較高溫度介質(zhì)的保溫、隔熱和降噪。

高溫玻璃棉施工建議 

在設(shè)備表面提前焊上銷釘，再用鐵絲把高溫玻璃棉捆綁在設(shè)備表面，當(dāng)所需保溫的設(shè)備溫度超過(guò)250℃時(shí)，采用雙層保溫方式，內(nèi)外兩層玻璃棉的接縫應(yīng)錯(cuò)開(kāi)，以免產(chǎn)生熱橋造成熱量損失。當(dāng)所需保溫的設(shè)備溫度超過(guò)400℃時(shí)，建議內(nèi)層用一定厚度的硅酸鋁，外層用耐高溫玻璃棉，兩層之間的接縫也應(yīng)錯(cuò)開(kāi)。zui后在外面包上外裹層，既可保護(hù)玻璃棉，又達(dá)到美觀的要求。報(bào)價(jià)：王
